The email from Clive has this to say:

I would like to submit my plans for the September DOM.

Here are my plans (in word .doc format) of my paper rocket entitled The Papernator. I previously built the Midnight Express this summer and was inspired by the idea of an all paper rocket. I had been toying with my design for quite some time and have even created an all-balsa version of this rocket (save for the motor mount, recovery devices and launch lug).

I have flown this rocket in A8-3's, B6-4's and B4-2's. I recommend short delays for this rocket.... B4-2, B6-2 and C6-3.
