Give a boy a fish and he plays for a day.  Teach a boy to fish and you have a friend for life.

Fishing has always been a great passion of mine, though I don't get to enjoy it as much as I would like.  Everyone always asks me if I am catching anything when I go fishing.  I have to explain to them that I am "Fishing".  I may go "Catching" another time.

Point is, catching fish is fun and exciting, but FISHING is simply the best!

Our class started with 6 kids, but two had left before we actually got to go fishing.  The first two sessions were lessons in casting, knot tying and baiting hooks with some instruction on using rubber worms lures and making hooks weedless.

After that we were ready to go!  We visited 3 totally different spots over 3 weeks and I think the kids all had a great time.  I know I did.
