Bill preps his NEMROC paper rocket for flight.

What a turn out!  Keep a list of all of these cars and you will be able to quickly identify all the *crazies* at CMASS...

Bill's NEMROC takes to the air for a beautiful flight on a B6-4

Photographer captures photographer :) (as he clutches his NEMROC in his hands!)

My first UFFO flight of the day on a C6-0.  She went off a bit sideways because, it turns out, she had a broken wedge.

A beautiful Triskelion, now dubbed the "Traveling Triskelion" with stickers from NARAM and NEMROC and no doubt even more to come over the years.  What a great idea!

Triskelion and her daddy

Perfect flight, I beleive on a B6-4, and a perfect return too!
p1010010.jpg (53485 bytes)
My UFFO-24 on an E9-4.  A simply PERFECT flight.  A great motor for such a rocket too!  Easily modified for 24mm operation too!
p1010011.jpg (47820 bytes)
I caught this shot just after she hit the ground.  She flipped all the way over and sat upright in the field.  It was great!
p1010012.jpg (47683 bytes)
Another Bill glider attempt.  He had a fairly good boost and good glider separation (R/C glider), but the pod separated her cone.  The lower part of the pod hit hard and crinkled.  The glider also hit hard and broke near the nose.

A close check after an igniter failure fixed the problem!
p1010014.jpg (64617 bytes)
A clone Scout screams on an A8-3, hit the field (after failing to tumble) and I don't beleive it was found...
p1010015.jpg (54917 bytes)
Here's that perfect flight after two failed attempts to launch.  Third time's the charm!
p1010018.jpg (41973 bytes)
Kids and grown ups, rockets and hot dogs.  'twas a good day, weather not withstanding!
p1010019.jpg (57011 bytes)
The ultimate drag race!  UFFO vrs UFFO vrs UFFO!  My UFFO is in the way back (Pad #3) on a D12.  The other two were on C6's.  One (the one on Pad #2) was John Cronin's
p1010020.jpg (53257 bytes)
We had a few Sky Writers out there.  They turn in impressive flights, though an A8-3 is a bit under powered...
p1010021.jpg (58367 bytes)
Here is my Intruder launch (this is the same rocket as on the special edition Sentinel that CMASS put out for NEMROC).
p1010022.jpg (28277 bytes)
Great on the way up, great on the way down too!
p1010023.jpg (30206 bytes)
Proof positive that Bill Spadafora actually CAN make a glider glide!
p1010024.jpg (50837 bytes)
My original CAUTION! Rocket Launch In Progress (CRLIP) proto-type on her 21st launch!
p1010026.jpg (63007 bytes)
Well, the streamer snagged and that ejection charge has got to go someplace!
p1010025.jpg (41438 bytes)
Joe Gallagher's "Possible Chaos III" (dual D motor cluster bird) just RIPPED into the air for an incredibly high flight!  The landing was true to her name as the nose cone that was supposed to eject broke the shock cord resulting in a high impact lawn-dart (ick!)
p1010027.jpg (52208 bytes)
Here's what the flight line looked like from the outfield.  No lines, no waiting!
p1010028.jpg (53964 bytes)
My original proto-type OverDue on a B6-4.  Great flight, though the parachute snarled a bit on return.
