NARAM 47!!

A dream come true.  A proud moment.  A trip worthwhile

Excitement at the auction, fun on the field, we even got to eat at the Bar-B-Q!  Yep, the week just keeps getting better and better.

This set of photo's shows some pictures from the well attended NARAM auction and also the 500th flight of my Sprint'73.  Now I will forewarn you that I covered this fairly extensively here in this photo album.  It is also important to understand that the 500th flight of the Sprint'73 was a "Jim Flis" event and NOT a FlisKits event.  This was a personal accomplishment of mine that I have been planning for years.  I was thrilled to have completed it and was proud as punch to be able to involve both Vern and Gleda Estes in this event.  I can not envision ever doing something like this again and am not sure if I will even have the 30+ years it would take to accomplish.
